“I joined as the first employee. Back then I was doing a bit of everything — content, marketing, account management, sales. Over time, my role evolved into leading the Commercial team. It’s a completely different challenge, but one I love.”

This early experience shaped his understanding of every part of the business. A perspective that now guides his leadership across commercial strategy.


A Turning Point: Structure, Scale, and Data

This year marked a significant shift in how Media 24 operates.

“We’ve almost doubled our team across SEO, commercial, IT, content, and analytics. That forced us to become more structured. Data now drives almost every decision.”

With stronger processes and cross-team alignment, the results speak for themselves. Q3 delivered some of the company’s best KPIs to date across FTDs, registrations, and revenue.


Looking Ahead: The World Cup and Beyond

The upcoming 12–24 months represent one of the biggest opportunities in Media 24’s timeline.

“We’re entering our prime as a company. We’re getting more structured, smarter, and faster. With the World Cup coming and new products on the way, our goal is to turn all this preparation into real results.”

With new developments in marketing, content, IT, and analytics, Media 24 is gearing up for its next major growth chapter.
